Freedom. Yesiree.

“It is hereby ordered that the 10-Day waiting periods of California Penal Code section 26815(a) and section 27540(a) violate the Second Amendment as applied to those individuals who successfully pass the standard BFEC/standard background check prior to 10 days and who are in lawful possession of an additional firearm as confirmed by the AFS system.”

I was excited at first - that it might be a 9th Circuit decision - but, no just a district court - I give it a good chance to get overturned at the 9th Circuit, but it is a win for now.

At least temporarily that seems to be good news. Libs will laugh b/c they believe it will be overturned....and it probably will.

Dumb question here, but how long does it take for the law to go in effect once it has been overturned? Or does it remain the same until the appeals court rules on the case? TIA
