What round is Welker being drafted in post-injury?

I took him in the 8th round in a 12 team PPR league last night. I know he suffered a concussion, but didn't think I could pass him up there.

the way he plays though its become a matter of when he gets his next one, not if. I was already worried about him, getting concussion #1 before the first game has even played is really concerning. They're likely going to bring him back slowly from this one and 1 more could shelf him for the year. I'm not touching until the double digit rounds

I took him in the 9th, 10 team last night.

The Denver Post's Mike Klis believes Wes Welker (concussion) will play in Week 1 against the Colts.
Klis notes that Week 1 is still two weeks away, and Welker's special "concussion" helmet "helped absorb" the blow he took from Texans S D.J. Swearinger. We saw Sanders begin to go in the fifth, fourth, and even third rounds of fantasy drafts Sunday as folks presumably assumed Welker wouldn't play this year. Longtime Broncos beat writer Klis disagrees. Welker remains a player to shy away from in the early rounds of drafts, but could actually turn out to be a pretty nice value if he emerges from this latest scare with a clear head.

I honestly think he is undraftable.

I would draft Josh Gordon way before Wes Welker.

Drafted in a 40 team league yesterday (4 different 10 team drafts). He went in the 4th, 8th, 11th, and 13th in the different drafts. Obviously, the person who took him in the 4th was not informed, but I doubt he makes it to the 13th very often either.

You think? Once guys start getting knocked out like that, it seems that they don't last long. Manning will kill a slot receiver, remember Austin Collie? I don't think I would draft Welker.

If Welker is getting/taking advice from the people who really care about him in this world, he will retire before he ever steps foot on the football field again. This dude is playing with fire if he does. I'd be shocked if he ever plays again. Sadly.

I'm not saying he is a great value there (actually I think there is). Just saying that in most drafts, there is at least 1 owner (probably more) who will grab him much earlier.
