I've actually begun to lose some weight and get way more active including running, quit smoking.

Last few months i've noticed that usually halfway through a meal no matter what i'm eating i'll start feeling a little clammy.
Not outright sweating.

Signs of a health problem developing?
I am on Synthroid because i had a total Thyroidectomy about 12 years ago.

I sweat a lot no matter what.

Coffee and liquor make it worse.

That sucks. You should post about your meals/sweating on the Food Board.

Diabetes doesn't only affect fat people.

I'm not an expert. There are two different basic types. People who are more or less born with diabetes, and those that develop it. The people you think of as fat are the ones who typically develop it, but I think that just because you aren't showing weight doesn't mean that you couldn't develop it if your diet isn't good.

Either way I don't know that what you are experiencing has anything to do with diabetes.
