Why would I live in Baton Rouge if I could pay 2.2 mil for a house?

Because your business in Baton Rouge is what allows you to buy a 2.2 million dollar house?

Build a bigger house on 100 acres up in the Felicianas somewhere for a third of the price. Spend the difference on a helicopter.

Looks like a very pretty house, and Steele blvd is a beautiful street.

IMO, for that money I'd want to be on the LSU lakes.

You're right, Steele is a very nice street. Probably one of the nicer streets in Baton Rouge.

Kind of a weird location for such a nice house, honestly.
