Another torn ACL is terrible luck but he hasn't really produced consistently at the NFL level. I know he has a huge contract, but does anyone know what the cap ramifications are for the Rams cutting him after this year? Is it time to move on?

He's done, his base salary is $16 million next year, less than $4 million in dead money.

Not sure the really have a choice right now, time to move on.

I would trade a couple of picks for Cousins if I were them.

Yes.

Sucks that he's fragile he was improving, but time for them to move on.

Everyone loves a good comeback story but he should consider moving on too.

yes, at this point, i think a cardboard cutout of sam bradford would last longer than the real thing.

Why the hell does everyone think he's a good QB.

This is setting up to be a nice starting job in the 2014 campaign for Favre, Tebow, or Mettenberger (provided he isn't named back-up in Music City).

Mett show FTW.

If they don't look for another solid option, they are making a mistake.

Agreed. If they could get a decent QB, they could be a pretty darn good team.

However, three teams in their division stand in their way of even sniffing the playoffs...

they were 3-3 last year when he got hurt.

sure he was playing well at the time but I don't know if him staying healthy would have made a huge difference.

I guess they don't really have a choice but to move on.

Guy is a bum. Has been for years. They should have given up years ago. This is just a final example of how he's not a franchise guy. Time to move on.
