Barton Fink is the best one on your list. Point Break is one of my favorite action movies.

How does revolutions stack up to reloaded? I went into reloaded expecting a turd sandwich and actually thought it wasn't bad, was impressed with the action.

i actually really liked Reloaded. I dont get all the hate for it too much. Thought it added a good bit to the story and had some of the best fight scenes of the trilogy.

Revolutions, however, is pretty terrible. Ton of "wtf" moments (in a bad way) that really destroys the story. Way too much CGI and plot holes. everything really falls apart in this one.

I suppose reloaded can be qualified as a guilty pleasure, but revolutions is just indefensible. A desert highway gas station bathroom coat hanger abortion

Hey Carson, do you think they were just trying too hard? I love the first Matrix, and V for Vendetta is one of my go to movies, so the Wackowskis have the ability to do something unique and creative.

But damn the Matrix universe had such possibilities to get lost in the utter shitshow that was those last two movies. I don't know that I've ever been more disappointed by a conclusion.

The order:

Barton fink

Point break

The assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert ford

Sin city

Matrix revolutions

Bottle rocket

I can relate all these movies:

KEANU REEVES was in Point Break and Matrix Revolutions

He was also in Devi's Advocate with AL PACINO

AL PACINO was in Jack and Jill with ADAM SANDLER

ADAM SANDLER was in Mr. Deeds/Anger Management with JOHN TURTURRO

JOHN TURTURRO is in Barton Fink

He was also in Do the Right Thing with SAMUEL L JACKSON

SAMUEL L JACKSON is in Unbreakable with BRUCE WILLIS

BRUCE WILLIS is in Sin City

SAMUEL L JACKSON is also in Inglorious Basterds with BRAD PITT

BRAD PITT is in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

If you didn't like that route...

JOSH HARTNETT is also in Sin City

JOSH HARTNETT was in Pearl Harbor with BEN AFFLECK

BEN AFFLECK was in GOOD WILL HUNTING with CASEY AFFLECK

CASEY AFFLECK is in The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford

BEN AFFLECK and BRUCE WILLIS and OWEN WILSON are in Armageddon

OWEN WILSON is in Bottle Rocket

And just because I know it's possible...

And this would make the list much more consolidated...

Every film is related to Armageddon by just one actor-movie combo:

Barton fink Buscemi is in Armageddon.

Point break I GIVE UP!

The assassination of Jesse James by the coward Robert ford > Casey Affleck > Good Will Hunting > Ben Affleck is in Armageddon

Sin City Bruce Willis and Michael Clark Duncan are in Armageddon

Matrix revolutions Carrie-Ann Moss > Chumscrubber > William Fitchner is in Armageddon

Bottle rocket Owen Wilson is in Armageddon

Fink. "Well, my olfactory's gone all womanish on me. Lyin' and deceitful."

Or one-up your list and watch Miller's Crossing.

it's tough, man. i loved the first one. the problem with it is similar to Inception. you come up with a cool idea that gives you a chance to work in a world that can break all the rules of reality. the problem is setting up a coherent and substantive plot within this world. Inception was able to come up with a few good ideas like Mal and Limbo, but the Wachowski Bros, er..., siblings, elected to push the story in a way that established more explosive setpieces and made the world more ridiculous
