Probably the best thing for the Rams in the long run. Dude was really bad, never looked downfield. This will force them to move on and stop wasting 10-15% of their entire salary cap on a below average QB.

Agreed. And Bradford has somehow avoided criticism for the most part. I'd love to see his stats and W-L record compared with guys who get a ton of flak like Heath Shuler and Vince Young and Matt Leinart.
I feel like Bradford is a bigger bust than the guys I listed above. Yet he NEVER gets true criticism like Shuler, Young, and Leinart got.

Probably because he can't stay healthy. I don't blame the guy for that at all.

Shuler was playing fairly well with the Saints when he lost his career due to that toe injury, and yet he's remained a punch line since his rookie year.

Bradford was terrible for STL in the sense that he kept giving them a glimmer of hope enough so to keep him around year after year.
