The first time I had a picture of attractive female feet for an avatar, it was removed, why? Why can't I have that as a avi?

Was it during the mass avi removal a few weeks back? Was it too large? What did the message say?

My avi got removed a while ago because it was too large, along with almost everyone else's, it seemed. I just re-uploaded it to fit the size requirements. Make sure it's no larger than 150x150 pixels, and no larger than 30 KB.
