Go stand outside the stadium 30 minutes before kickoff and get sideline seats in the lower bowl for lower than face value. It's guaranteed.

you're welcome

I actually LIKE the "upper" seats.

You get a much better view of the "all 22" and it is NOT so far away that you lose the feel and view.

Go enjoy the game, atmosphere. There are "better" seats...but, really no "bad" ones. If that makes sense

I like the seats in the upper. Gives you a cool look of the game.

Yep, especially if you go for Sam Houston or UL Monroe game, you will get to sit anywhere for real cheap

realistically, she may see those games for free..and that's no exaggeration

I couldn't give tickets away to several games last year. Ended up putting them in the construction fence next to about 10 other tickets

I can promise you, you'll find great seats for at least $10 under face value vs MSU. I've been doing this long enough to know that

3 seats are very hard to come by though so you may have to get 4 and either give it to a friend or sell it.

You asked a straight forward question and the answer is "the upper seats are fine"

if you choose to explore other options, that is fine.

This. I've been on the last row in the East Upper before, and the view wasn't that bad. I'd rather sit up high in the east or west upper than sit lower in one of the endzones.

The upper decks are fine. You get to see the whole field, see the plays and no, the players don't look like aunts.

You might be able to find tickets in the bowl cheaper for some games but I like knowing I have a ticket before going to the stadium.

The view is pretty good but it's not as loud as being down in it.

I have had tickets in the west upper for about ten years and I actually like it there...nothing makes me madder than to be in the stadium having to watch the video screen to see if they make it on a 4th and 1...and that is not an issue if you sit in an upper. frankly, I also just enjoy being up high and being able to see the campus all around, etc. as long as you can get tickets around row 15 or lower and between the 20 yard lines, I wouldn't hesitate to get them...one thing to note is that bench back seats are a whole lot more comfortable than regular benches without a back...

most seats in the uppers are more expensive than endzone seats...for whatever that is worth...

If moo st is as good as they are saying here in MS, I think that moo st may end up being one of our big games, so I wouldn't count on getting three tickets together outside of the stadium for a reasonable amount of money...

if you need opinion on specific seats, just ask...

Best seat I ever had was 2011 Kentucky game. I was on the upper decks to the right of the south endzone all the way at the top. Could see everything, had plent of leg room and the most important thing I could lean back and it felt better than a chair back.

Pretty much my answer. It's like they are approaching too far away, but not quite that bad. Actually delayed upgrading season tix a year or two because of view not being terrible combined with the people usually around me in those sections.

Can you really get tickets to some of the better games, not the ULMs or SHS, 30 mins prior to kickoff for cheap and good seats? I would be worried about going and not having tickets and not being able to score any.

you can for all but the biggest of games...I travel several hours to attend games, though and have just never felt comfortable with the risk of driving to BR and not having a ticket...also, I would rather spend my time tailgating instead of dicking around with the bicycle dudes trying to get a ticket...
