Heat resistant gloves

Any body know a store in Baton Rouge i can get these types of gloves from? Frying a turkey for the game and need some gloves that can handle the heat and the food?

My uncle "found" me some nomex fighter pilot gloves. Doubt you can get those in BR though. A good pair of lined rawhide leather gloves will probably do the trick

Academy and Home Depot sell heat resistant rubber gloves
