Depends on how good the water quality is in that storm system. I'm guessing it's pretty shitty judging by the neighborhood.

i remember seeing some people fishing in the nasty drainage ditch behind independence square in metry. i turned to a coworker and said "who would eat anything that comes out of that ditch?" his reply " well, you don't know where the fish you buy comes from."

No kidding. Half the tilapia you find at the grocery comes from china or Ecuador
