Spinoff: R rated movies you wish were PG-13 or lower

I think some movies, especially comedies and horror movies, go over the top with gore, cursing, and gross-out humor. What movies would you have enjoyed more if they were more scaled back in that regard?
Forgetting Sarah Marshall
Starship Troopers
Superbad (or any other movie with Seth Rogan and/or Jonah Hill

I'm the other way with this. There's more PG-13 movies that needed to be R.

I love starship troopers but the nudity really is over the top and completely unnecessary .

but to play along w/the OP, I'll just repost what I put in the other thread
The only time I can recall a movie going from PG13 to R where it lost something was in Saving Silverman b/c they changed a Jack Black line from "Die replacement friend!" to "frick you replacement friend!"
I liked the way Black said die in exaggerated fashion much more than the angry frick you.
I think the deal was one version was released as the fullscreen DVD while the other was a widescreen. Pretty sure the wide was the R. The only other change was having the girls in the ping pong scene be topless instead of in their bras which didn't really make the scene any better or worse IMO.

maybe for the quick shot of Dina Meyer's breasts in her brief sex scene w/Casper Van Dien that could be said but I would argue that shower scene was important in that it showed society had long moved past sex as a significant dividing line. Basically it showed that everyone was on equal footing going in (as long as you joined the military) b/c that society was purely results based.
