I hope Joe Biden's handlers and white house staff was freaking the frick out when he uttered that BS. They had to know somewhere, some idiot will take that as legal advice and use it as a legal defense.

A President George W. Bush and Vice President Joe Biden led administration would be something I would vote for in a heartbeat over Obama and Cheney.
