Girl Arrested for Shoplifting Pencils (WYBIPs?)

The officers tried to stop Holt in the parking lot, but she ran to her vehicle and sped off. The officers jumped in their car and followed, finally catching up to her at the Abundant Grace Church on Highway 614 where she was arrested.
