Maybe someone in HR that has a good understanding about what someone looks for in a decent looking/good format for a resume and/or cover page.

Thanks for any help.

If it's your first job, maybe go all the way back to kindergarten?

That way, your resume will be thicker and they might think you have more experience?

How about that as an idea?

I've had some good success and then not so good success separating each job into

Role:
Skills Utilized:
Notable Projects/Accomplishments:

I find it's easier and helps the word sorters key in on the keywords.

Honestly, just search the internet for templates. They have some nice looking stuff out there.

There are a bunch out there, but some seem to be wordy and hokey. I didn't know if that's something HR people would look for though.

Already did (graduate)

Haven't entered the real world yet though, hence this thread.

If you went to LSU go to LSU career services and see them. They can be very helpful with resumes.

Print it out on toilet paper. Save them the trouble.

I graduated from Ohio State, but I'm sure they offer something similar.

Thanks for the advice.
