Floating toolbars on mobile websites

Is so fricking aggravating. When I zoom in on some of these articles with my phone..the toolbar ends up taking up the whole screen. Anyway to disable that on a 5s?

This board sucks...I would've had an answer (albeit one that doesn't matter) on the OT in 5 minutes.

If you posted this on the OT, you would have had multiple requests to post pics of your wife/SO; a couple posts from people that didn't understand the question telling you that you are an idiot; and some asshat posting something regarding germans.
With that said, can you give an example of a site you are having a problem? I only have issues with floating ads that I sometimes can't close on my phone.
