Q Regarding Post Office First Class Mail- Arrived

I sent out two letters on July 25th to New York. They have yet to be received. One was sent out August 1st. It hasn't been received either.
So I'm just going to assume they managed to lose all 3 letters.
Don't ever use first-class mail.

How long is it expected for Standard Class mail to be received from BR to NYC.
The website says 21 days. Sad thing is if they aren't received, you'll never know. As it goes into recycling.
I should have known better than to trust USPS.

I went to the post office, had them weighed and they put the stamps on them. I'll just wait it out. I'm sure all is well.

What? I went into the post office on Florida and did it there. Not much to doubt. Hand to old black lady, say I want to send this regular mail.
