Fishers (Ind.) High safety R.J. Potts was listed in the initial 247Sports Top100 for the class-of-2017. The 6-foot-2, 175-pound Potts had 47 tackles and two interceptions as a freshman starter last fall for one of the state’s top programs. He checks in as the nation’s No. 9 safety, No. 2 prospect in Indiana and No. 95 prospect overall.

The son of former NFL fullback Roosevelt Potts, the younger Potts grew up rooting for LSU. His father played at Louisiana-Monroe, and they have family in the state.
Get to work Dylan!!

That's Cam's home territory. Core6 is big up there too. Looks like we have a good shot.

I remember Roosevelt Potts. He was a fine fullback

Potts was an absolute beast, super athletic family as well

I hope it will not be like CB Broussard from Alabama who was pining and begging for an LSU offer. His favorite child hood team. Family in the state. He's from Louisiana. He immediately gets the offer, then nothing. Crickets.
Some of these guys are working the system and an LSU offer is a trophy. Of course LSU has to offer if they possess the talent. But we have to take with a grain of salt these guys claiming LSU love. The overwhelming majority choose to go elsewhere even after LSU offers and pursues them. Toliver being the exception.

Who said Broussard wasn't gonna commit?
If he doesn't then you come back with something but until then....

When we're talking about kids who cant sign for 2 and a half years, recruiting has gone too far

Broussard and his family definitely are very high on LSU. Don't be so quick to jump to conclusions.
Regarding the OP, nice find. Let's hope the young man goes Core 6 and follows in the steps of Ethan Pocic and Clifton Garret!
OP, link his Hudl

Look Jackoff, you do not determine when and if I make comments on this board. You haven't been assigned the job of traffic cop. It seems sitting behind a computer screen in your stained underwear really makes you feel like a big man, but in reality you are not.

Thanks for the reasonable response. Do you know if Broussard came to any of the camps at LSU? I don't recall hearing his name as one of the participants at the camps. Nor did I see him in any of the photos of the camp participants.

Remember what we learned last cycle: Watch their actions, NOT what they say.
Dang, I don't like being cynical, but I'm scarred.
