Les' Best Badarses
This is a really great walk down memory lane for ya'll. After thinking about all of the players who could have made this list but didn't it is pretty obvious that the LSU FB program has churned out some of the most impressive athletes at any given position in today's NFL.

Landry is a fan favorite, but having him on here ahead of bowe, lafell, randle, and odell is just not accurate. I'm not saying he's not as good of a football player, but his impact on the program was not as strong as the other wrs listed above. He will always be remembered for his great attitude and unreal catches, but 1 great season just doesn't stack up to the standard that should be the top 10 list.

I had written some very similar things in my first attempt at this thread last night but failed miserably.
The first thing that I wrote was that Les had more than one clutch #80 during his time here.
As for LaRon, After a little thought, I think that he might have played a big role in building an intimidating personality for LSU's defenses that only faltered for a couple of short years until the Chief came to town. LaRon was the only player that I have never minded seeing commit a personal foul because I knew that his aggressive mentality pretty much kept him on that thin line between aggression and brutality.
The biggest thing about the video is that they definately got the top two players right hands down. I really liked seeing the Honey Badger up there as well due to his insanely huge impact in his short time as a Tiger. That dude went viral.

Too many to name but being old school I like Defense so I will go with Laron Landry.

Can you post the list since I can't watch it on my phone.

Sure bud. I'll try my best to get it right but it is a 20 plus minute video.
LaRon started it all off
Landry and his velcro hands were there
We were then reminded of Mett's ubericity
Eric Reid repped and kept it real
Jamarcus slung some mighty hefty darts
I think that Odell might have been there
Jeremy Hill made the cut as well
The Honey Badger went viral one last time for us
Now I am going to give you just one chance to guess the topo two players of the Les Miles era. You see, this video maker got it right and I doubt that anyone will dissagree with that. I will give you a hint... Number two was thought to have a chainsaw for a penis on more than one occasion while the top player in the Les Miles era is simply the best damned athlete at his position in the NFL today.

oh man, I'm not mobile format certified brother. I can barely post a simple link. I panic if I have to use a phone that doesn't have physical buttons with numbers on them.
You might think that I am being silly but the truth of it is that this was the third time that I tried to link that video. The mods rejected my weak attempts in an average of 25 seconds after they went on the board last night. I was actually intimidated to show my face until this morning.
Those dudes are some slacker assassins.

First off, Laron Landry was and may still be better than Eric Reid. Not having the Chad Jones aka DOD on here is not accurate. And Jeremy Hill should be ahead of Jamarcus Russell IMO

Jacob Hester needs to be on the list

Man I miss Tyrann. Dude has an uncanny knack for making plays and creating turnovers like no one I've ever seen. Hopefully one of these young guys can step up and be something similarly exciting

Top 10 in no particular order...
Dorsey
Brockers
Doucet
Bowe
Jamarcus
Flynn
Matthieu
Peterson
Reid
Mingo
La'el
Jarvis Landry
Nevis
Claiborne
Chris Faulk
Steltz
Minter
Jeremy hill
Kwon
Good luck trimming that list lol
No one wants to face that line up...brutal. All I'm missing is 2 guards and a lber
I would put lonergran and turner...porter at center and barrow at lber. Throw in Michael ford for a change of pace and holiday for KR with Peterson on PR

Jarvis Landry - The Beast, Hands of Velcro, the greatest receiver at LSU of all time. When he was in the game, you can expect a devastating block, bone crushing tackle or a magical catch that makes you say - what the hell. Thanks #80 for the memories.
