Because a worker mistook a cleaning solution for liquid sugar

Was she the only one that had tea?

I freaked out at first as I'm drinking Arizona Sweet Tea while reading this article.

Old news move along. Disappointed. OT brings breaking news not leftovers.

Investigators and the restaurant manager have told the Hardings that a worker mistook the cleaning product for sugar and accidentally mixed large quantities of it into the iced-tea dispenser, Guymon said.
Wut?
How stupid can one be and why are chemicals in the food prep area?
Live or dies her family will own that place when it's all said and done.

True story - I was drinking with friends. A couple struck a conversation with us. At one point he asked, "What's your favorite BBQ restaurant and what's the worst" Everyone agreed, Dickey's is the worst. It taste like cafeteria BBQ.
A few minutes later, I asked the guy what his business is. He replied, "Me and my family own Dickey's BBQ."
Well... we were all embarrassed, but he said it was okay. Their target demographic is families because kids like bland BBQ and bland, not spicy veggies and mac-n-cheese.
I guess they'll make sure there are changes in their restaurants, soon.

That is funny! The best thing they have, by far, is the loaded baked potato. Also, their spicy sauce is pretty damn spicy so its not bland at all IMO.

Really good BBQ needs no sauce. Period. Sauce is a cover up for poorly flavored meats.

Well like I said it is good for "fast food", I never said it was gourmet.

Well isn't that swell. Hope you have excess liability insurance, John.
