Watching the preseason game and this guy is fricking awful

What the hell happened to him. He blew last year, everyone blamed it on the new "system" and he would have a better year this year...

Dude dances more than a drunk Olympic ice skater. pathetic

Did he undergo a sex change in the offseason or something? I need answers people

Well he was terrible last year too. I mean the Browns gave up on him. He's just not very good, he's like mark ingram but worse.

My guess would be he's an example of juicing up in HS to get an advantage and he peaked really early, then when in the NFL where the physical advantages are gone and you have to utilize things in addition to your physical talent to get ahead he hasn't adapted and learned how to compete at the NFL level.

I somewhat agree with your sentiment, but that picture is a terrible representation of your point.

Look at the LOLB, he's got TRich dead in the water if he bounces it outside. That play looks like it was doomed from the start. Whoever made that picture is dumb. That's like me circling the endzone and writing "run here" on every single rush that's not a TD.

I don't think you can really tell much from that pic you posted, without seeing the whole play develop. Not that it takes away from the fact that Richardson hasn't lied up to expectations, just saying.

He's actually one that I didn't think would be very good when he was coming into the NFL. He runs very stiff and doesn't have great vision. He's strong and fast but just isn't a fluid runner.

Yep. I mean, it even looks like if he can get a decent cutback between (what looks like) the LT and TE, he might have a 4-5 yard gain, and potentially more if he can break No. 51's tackle.

come on

This is the king of the stutter step you're talking about

I just think he's mentally challenged. If Madden's ratings were accurate, he'd have vision of 15

Linebacker already has beat him to the edge, cutback is the only option he has

That has nothing to do with the fact that he actually made the accurate read on that picture you posted. He's definitely getting more yards taking the current route through the inside hole than busting it outside where the ill-placed "run here" text is put.

Not sure what's going on with him. He was a beast in college. He ran all over Texas.
