All the evidence is pointing to a justifiable use of force.

The more that comes out, the stronger that case gets.

Got more to say, but it's dinner time!

No doubt in my mind about it. The riots we have seen to date won't compare to the riots that will occur when it occurs also.

The day a guy goes to jail because people are afraid of riots is the day our system ends.

Thry might have to put Wilson in the Witness Protection Program if he is not convicted of anything.

I think the officer was attacked by the guy.

I think that the guy was trying to get the officer's weapon.

I think we all know that once that happened it was game over for the guy.

Still, if the guy had his hands up, that officer's career is at it's end.

I would argue that's not true.

It's looking like Brown was running away, then doubled back and charged Wilson.

Doubling back and charging an officer right after a tussle where he went for his gun is what ended it.

Anyone with any weapons training knows how quickly a person intent on harm can cover ground and assault them.

Had he stopped and surrendered, he'd just be in custody for the store robbery.

I agree with all of that with one caveat - if Brown was hit and went to the ground and held his hands up, and the officer continued to shoot, then the officer's career is over at least and he may serve time.

I have sympathy for the cop who appears to have been a model cop up to this time, but if he lost his cool, then unfortunately he needs to face the consequences - not homicide, but some misconduct charge.

He was headed to a lucrative career if the job involved shoving small Pakistani business owners into a snack rack.

At this time, there is not a single piece of evidence pointing one way or the other.

He just needed to acquire some inventory to jump start his business endeavor. If the racist banks had been willing to give him a loan, he wouldn't have needed to engage in his own process of inventory redistribution.

Not true. See the 10 minute cellphone video. An eyewitness within corroborates Meauxjeaux's synopsis.

You have been very refreshing with regards to this topic. Also I do support your camera/cop idea. Who says we can't reach across the aisle.

Kudos to you
