Dez
Julio
CJ
Brandon Marshall
Andre Johnson
Graham
Gronk
Orange Julius
Jordan Cameron
Kyle Rudolph
What about other very physical albeit older receivers such as Colston, Steve Smith, Roddy White etc.?
Also passing QBs like Manning, Brees, Rodgers, Foles, Romo, maybe Luck...
ETA: Trying to think of big and/or very physical players

RBs
Chains will move a lot more and you can expect more PIs near the goal line or in the end zone. Expect a lot of 1-yard TD plunges

The contact rules are on ball catchers. It is encouraging more passing.
Basically, a defensive player must have zero contact with a receiver down the field.

yeah you totally missed the point
I'm saying the new rules are going to draw a ton of penalties. RBs will gain the most. Last I checked, WRs don't get points for drawing penalties.
Think about it. If Calvin is about to run by you, is the DB going to think "hey, I'm not going to touch him because of the new penalties." No, he'll grab him so the defense doesn't get burned for a long TD.
Overall, it should increase scoring as a whole, so I guess QBs, RBs and WRs all get a bump.
