Just got home from Oak Mtn ampatheather. Tonight they had Motley Crüe with Alice Cooper opening. All I can say is that you need to see when they're going to be close to where you live and do whatever you have to do to make sure you don't miss this show. Ive been going to concerts since the early 80's and this one still blew me away at how awesome of a show these two acts put on. This is your last chance to winess Motley Crüe so do not let this opportunity go to waste.

Actually the first time I got to see Motley Crue in concert was in 1985. I saw them again in 1987 and again in 1990. This show was right up there where they were in their heyday.

Alice almost (but not quite) stole the show. He's one helluva showman.

saw them on their last tour and they were outstanding. perhaps better than when they were at the height of their popularity.
i just wish they'd change the setlist some. surprise the longtime fans with something other than the same predictable hits.

They did dig down a bit in this show. One song that sticks out in my mind is On With The Show. Not many casual Crüe fans know it but it's been one of my favorites since I first heard it in 1984.
