Today, on this Thanksgiving of 2014, I am thankful for several things.
First, I am thankful for all of those who have accompanied me into and defeated the Vault of Glass and Nightfall strikes on multiple occasions.
Second, I am thankful to have a legitimately good group of guys to game with and can always count on to have my back and provide support both in fire and genereal encouragement (in game and in real life). A group with the drive, dedication, the want and the chest to play hard and complete a task from the start.... TO THE FINISH! And always with a positive attitude. I enjoy playing with you all (the regulars know who they are) and the silly shenanigans and discussions we have while playing. May our light shine bright and our Destiny's be nothing short of Legendary.
Third, I am thankful for accomplishing a goal this morning that I commenced 3 days ago. And that was to obtain a second level 30 Titan. This goal was accomplished this morning. And although the majority of the work was getting him to level 20 was done by my hand, the hard work to get him to 30 was not solely because of me but because of you guys who have ran the raid with me on multiple occasions and shared in the experiences needed in order to obtain those pieces to reach this level. It is because of you and your commitment to our success as a group that I was able to accomplish this goal.
Lastly, I am thankful for all who have participated in this thread. I did not have a PS4 before this game released and all of my friends that I have made and played Destiny with most (if not all) have come from posters in this thread or people connected with those who have posted here.
So in closing, thank you for being a friend.

And we're glad you're back. Although the grind is insanely real and addicting, the sense of accomplishment upon completing the goal for which you were grinding is a great feeling. Albeit the time spent to make it happen can be monotonous, the sense of accomplishment at the payoff is great. Especially when the time spent grinding is performed with friends makes it bearable and fun (especially when you're at a higher level while farming/grinding around lower level enemies makes you feel like a god and you laugh at their petty and fruitless attempts to destroy you).

Icebreaker on Atheon's crit spots during time's vengeance is pretty strong.
I'm not gonna lie I do cheese the oracles and Templar on hard, but I run the Ice Breaker through the whole raid.

Every time I see talk about the Icebreaker, it kills me that I missed the week Xur sold it. On this day of thanks, I would be very thankful if our favorite Agent of the Nine shows up with it at 3 AM. Maybe he'll even have a Black Friday sale and it will be cheaper!

Once I saw it I immediately thought, "How the hell did he guess that?!"
So what's the scoop on it? Y'all buying? Like the Last Word, I hate that one of it's perks is bonus for firing from the hip. I always tend to aim, even when I try not to. The best arc fusion rifle I have is a rare Helios FR5 right now, so it would be a big upgrade.
