What is up with Parents these days?

A buddy and I went to Beef ‘O’ Brady's, and this woman walked in with her son. The woman sat down and let her kid run all around the restaurant (including the kitchen) while throwing silverware everywhere. She watched him the whole time while drinking a PBR go figure. 
On a lighter note it was 60 cent wing day.
