Thank God for RIchard Linklater

People may hate his movies...others love them...

Personal choice.

But at least he gave us another perspective.

There has been a lot said about "Boyhood" - I think like all his movies...despite the break in ages...there's a natural flow.

It's not great...but it's quite good.

And it's total Linklater...the main character has the attitude.

It's a shame that he is now getting Oscar buzz for frankly a gimmick.

And not his story-telling.

Because his Before Sunrise series was awesome and Slacker is one of the greatest movies of all-time.

But everyone just focuses on Dazed and Confused.

Seriously...see Slacker. If you have - and hate it - see it again. Evolve.
