We need to make a statement and destroy this team week 1.

Remember when Ole Miss had a 3rd string D-line due to injuries?

Vonte Jackson was going to be completely irrelevant to the outcome of this football game.

After reading the article I doubt this is someone they were depending on.

Only one guy in that report has a major injury, and that guy has been battling injuries since his senior year in HS and has been irrelevant at UW because of that.

shite man, we withheld Fournette from the scrimmage yesterday, I believe. Should we freak out over that? Good, because I don't have the energy.

the last sentence of the article is what matters...

UW has so many players nursing minor injuries that Andersen decided to give the team off Thursday.

After reading the article I feel terrible for the kid. Tore his left ACL his first game of his senior season in HS. Tore his right ACL in preseason camp in '12. Injured the knee again in summer workouts last June, and now this. Guy basically hasn't been able to play football.

You went and did it.

I can see the jinx clouds forming and soon hurricane jinx winds will be bringing large jinx sized rain drops on our team.

Our fate was sealed in that game when Mettenberger forced the ball into Beckham and double coverage not once, not twice, but 3 times!

Our gameplan versus Iowa would have been sufficient to beat Ole Miss that night.

It was definitely an odd set of unfortunate events, not uncommon versus Ole Miss, however. Lol

Les' doghouse policy for fumbles didn't help our offense either with Jeremy Hill getting yanked

I'm not sure now, but wasn't North Carolina also short 5-10 players a couple years ago when we played them, and ended up making it way closer than it should've been?

Good point. We could be up 21-0 at half then miles will take the breaks off and we will have ourselves a tight 4th quarter
