I reinstalled W7 recently and went to reinstall my Officejet 100 and it won't print.

The driver installs fine, the Bluetooth on my computer finds the printer and it all connects no problem. But when I go to print, it starts and then stops and does not finish.

I remember when I bought the printer I needed to enter a passkey, so that's what I'm assuming is the problem. But the window doesn't show to enter it. I have gone to the HP toolbox (the forums said to) and there is nothing in there about Bluetooth. I even disabled Firewall and Anit-Virus to see if that helped. Nothing. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and printer and no luck.

I'm about to lose my mind. I called HP and got nowhere with those assholes

Please help!

I just connected my Samsung sound bar to my computer through Bluetooth and it works fine, so this is only for the printer. It has to be the passkey, but I don't know how to bring up the window to enter it

I've had the same problems

I've come to hate most Bluetooth products

It's so annoying. It gets all the way to working, but won't finish. I even have the passkey, but it's not popping up the box to enter it. Argh

Well to be sure it wasn't the printer or the Spooler, I went and bought the cable and it worked without a hitch. So it is definitely something with the Bluetooth function.

Also, I found out how to be able to do the passkey. It downloaded some more drivers and said it was ready to go but, sadly, it still didn't work. Let me know if you need to know how to get to the passkey part.
