LaFell getting some love from a future HOF

I always think back to the year where LaFell dropped every other pass thrown to him. Including the one that he tipped 2-3 times that ended up getting intercepted against Auburn. I gave him the benefit of the doubt because he never had great QB play.
But the next year, he did very very well and we can all see why he will continue to be in the NFL.

I'm glad Tom likes him and I hope he performs well this season. Tom doesn't need super freak athletes to shred your defense. He just needs a WR who can be on the same page with him.

Maybe Carolina told LaFell "it's not you, it's me" when he left...and they were actually right.

how does him dropping passes equate to not having great QB play?... if the ball gets to the receiver he should catch it. Jefferson and Lee were surely not great but receivers caught passes from them and Flynn and Russell are both clearly better QBs than JJ and JL...
