The big building next to Clicks that they are never able to lease out is being torn down. My guess is that they will just add more parking spots. Does anybody know more?

I passed the other day and with all of the traffic right there I don't know how things can't make it.

It's a good, visible location but the size and orientation of the building is odd, and I don't think they have abundant parking.
It's too small for most department stores but too large for most restaurants. The configuration for they entire mall was kind of weird. If it were significantly larger, it probably would have been a fairly successful indoor mall.
Seems like a Dave and Busters would have gone well there, but I doubt there is enough parking for anything like that.
Maybe one day they'll redevelop it into something like the Town Center.

They'll probably parcel it out. I don't see how more parking would benefit.

My Esplanade memory: I once got a bad haircut at a salon on the West Bank. Later that day, I tried to correct the bad haircut by going to a place inside the Esplanade. That place made it worse. So, I had two bad haircuts in the same day.

What all was originally in there?

As long as they don't get rid of Firehouse Subs I can careless what goes there.
I once saw Les Miles lose to one of those new digital coke machines there. It was pretty amusing, soda got all over him and he turned around and made a confused Les face.

Can't remember all of the stores, but it seems to me that Todd Garland & Co. and the women's store, RFD were there at one time and also seems that IH Rubestein's may have been there. Again, been along time since I was there but those stores come to mind.

The Aveda school is going in there.
