ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — To ensure fans can find the action when SEC Network officially launches on Aug. 14, DISH announced Monday it will air on channel 404 within the Hopper® Whole Home HD DVR’s channel guide. Current DISH customers who subscribe to the America’s Top 120+ package and above will receive both SEC Network and Longhorn Network at no additional cost.
“Saturday is the new Sunday and DISH is proud to deliver the best in college sports with SEC Network, Pac-12 Networks, Big Ten Network and Longhorn Network,” said Joseph P. Clayton, DISH President and CEO in a press release. “DISH was the first nationwide provider to secure rights for SEC Network when we announced our deal in March, and we have been welcoming college football fans for months. We cannot wait for kickoff.”

This does not answer your question directly, but Dish seems to be going all out with ESPN......

Both Longhorn Network and SEC Network will be available to DISH subscribers both at home and on-the-go, allowing fans to view live and on-demand content on their computers, tablets and mobile devices.
In addition to the other new offerings, DISH subscribers will also get access to WatchESPN for the first time with the new deal, along with ESPN Goal Line and ESPN Buzzer Beater. ESPNEWS, ESPNU will also launch in high definition on DISH with the new agreement, and ESPN Classic will be offered as a video-on-demand channel. In addition, the new deal gives DISH subscribers a host of Disney and ABC on-demand products.

I just called Dish Customer Service. The rep said SecNetwork would be in HD. However, English was not her first language and she inserted two "if's" in her answer.
I prefer yes / no answers with no conditions.....
