Adobe Flash Player Settings box

I use Firefox as my browser. Every time I go to a page with an Adobe Flash movie (e.g. https://bit.ly/1ynN4lV ), I get a small popup Adobe Flash Player Settings box asking me to Allow or Deny permission to store information on my computer. The video plays regardless if I click or not. And if I do click either one, the popup box doesn't go away. Any ideas?
