Why does it take entergy over 12 hours to fix one pole !!!

I don't get it. Somebody creamed a light pole at 3 am this morning and my power is still out. What the hell?

frick I just bought $200 worth of meat and shite for the freezer. I hope the person who hit pole is ok, but damn. 12 fricking hours??? I mean its right down the road. One pole!!!!!! Thanks entergy for costing us so much and then dragging your feet when we need you. This is crap. I need to find somewhere to complain about this. Any ideas???
