Surprised Trojans aren't plastered all over Louisiana and Alabama...and hell, (according to posters on the SEC Rant - all over the SEC)

Pretty accurate for Texas, though I'm not sure how much hatred New Mexico has and Colorado surely has to still hate Nebraska more, right?

Most revealing thing about this map - is public consciousness and opinion.
It's a map of relevancy in college football - public minds.
Bama and Florida own the South in people's awareness and casual opinion.
Ohio State the North...USC - Oregon and UW the West.
And Texas is always on everyone's mind.

I told zero hatred toward USC. Maybe I'm in the minority though. They rarely come up when I talk college football with my friends one way or the other

People don't really really hate hate Notre Dame.
They're like the Cowboys.
Notre Dame has no natural rival - even USC - isn't a natural rival - but it's their only real rival. And it's thousands of miles away.
If any fanbase can claim to hate ND - it's USC...but even there - it's just a lot of respect.
People can casually bitch in the South about Notre Dame - and the coverage they get...and all that Northern/Southern bullshite media crap...but it's not really hate.
Why the phuck would anybody down there hate ND? You almost never play them...ever! And they are in Indiana.
Do you hate the Pacers too?
Notre Dame hate (like USC hate too in the South) is too concerned with what media people think and are saying...and has no basis in real rivalry or hatred.
Just a bunch of teenie-weenies upset that somebody on the boob-tube is talking about ND or USC and not about their team.
