How do you watch the Saints?

Social me wants to have a party with people over to have fun...the Saints fan in me wants to sit alone in my sanctuary so I can cuss and jump around like a psycho.

I'm the exact same way. Usually have my brother over and we do those things together. But when I'm watching a Saints game I'm zoned in so I don't usually like too many people. You always have that one freakin talker that I have to tell to shut the hell up until commercials so I can watch the game.

Thanks for filling us in on your dilemma.

I prefer alone on a recliner, but am rarely able to do that. The last time I did was the 2009 divisional playoff game because I couldn't handle being around others. I would've preferred to do the same for the championship game, but I found myself with a group of friends and my future wife at Fat Harry's...I went to the Super Bowl and that was, oddly enough, a cake walk compared to the championship game.
The last 7 seasons has been a healthy mix of stadium, social gatherings and with family/SO
This season will all be NFL Sunday Ticket with my family

With other friends who are the same way.

I watch the games at home either by myself or with a few family members in the living room.

I will have ONE drink maximum...I feel like being wasted for a Saints game is wasting it...we only have a precious few months.

Used to watch it with a bunch of friends in college, but now prefer to watch at home alone on the sofa. More relaxing, and if we lose, I can sulk in private.

The problem with larger groups is the misery of a loss is amplified greatly. A party turns ugly quickly. I was alone watching the Saints in the playoff loss to Seattle last season and I'm glad. I wasn't a good person to be around.

I don't get angry about sports at all, but man when the saints find a way to lose spectacularly or give the game away at the end...I lose my fricking shite

Just me and my brothers, don't care for many outsiders or casual fans.

the pats game, I could handle...I think...maybe
but when SP made the same loser decision again against the panthers at the end, I lost my fricking shite.
Seattle was a demoralizing beatdown
St. Louis was frustrating because they whooped us (drew's garbage time performance saved my fantasy season though) and we should have whooped them
I was perfectly sociable for both Atlanta games (including one where I was in the box :notsosubtlebrag)the first Carolina game, both tampa games.
My knees were weak after the SF game.

you should have seen me during the NFC Championship vs. the Vikings.
but now, I go to the bar occasionally down the street from my house and watch the games there with a group of friends. I guess it just depends on what our schedules look like or if we just feel like meeting up.
I've got Sunday Ticket this year though so I don't know if I'll leave the house on Sundays as much.
I also try to go to a game or two at the Dome each year. I'm thinking Saints-Ravens this year, I want to be there when we finally knock those guys off.

Watch every game with my Dad. Either in the Dome or at his house.
