Playing a 12 man (10 last year) keeper auction league and would appreciate some advice on my current plan.

$200 budget, 2 keepers max. My top options to keep are:

A. Peterson: $44 (2013 keeper)
J. Charles: $29 (2013 keeper)
C. Patterson: $10
Gio Bernard: $10

(league rule applies 15% value increase each year, but if you pay under 9 dollars for a player it automatically goes to 10 dollars to keep the following year)

My gut says keep Charles and Bernard, quality RB1 and RB2 on the cheap.

But, Patterson is intriguing and the peterson/charles combo for the past two years is always solid.

Thoughts?

What is an average price for AP? Seems like having the 2 top RBs in fantasy would be awesome

Peterson and Charles at your current value is excellent value. Both should be going for significantly more.

Keep those two.

If you get Patterson in the draft, you spend maybe 5 more dollars if you overpay? Pennies compared to what you saved on your running backs. Gio is good value but... he's no Peterson or Charles.

I could see Peterson going for upwards of 60.

It's hard to beat him plus Charles for the price, I agree, but for some reason I have a nagging thought to get bernard because I could spend some serious dough on receivers (something I'm trying to emphasize this draft)

But, its probably the best move to get arguably the top 2 backs in the league for a reasonable price.

If it's PPR, that's the route I'd go and spend the $34 difference on Brandon Marshall
