MSNBC's Ronan Farrow: "I'm A Rand Paul Fan"
Posted on August 6, 2014
MSNBC's Ronan Farrow reacts to a speech Rand Paul gave this morning in Iowa where he addressed traditional marriage.
While Farrow disagreed with Paul's stance, he did say he was a fan.
"I've got to say, I'm a Rand Paul fan," Farrow said.
Farrow's MSNBC colleague Chris Matthews has said numerous times he believes Rand Paul will be the Republican presidential nominee in 2016.

Looking for the angle here. Too much MSNBC love. They're either trying to make Republicans suspicious of him, or pumping him up so they can rip him a new one as soon as he gets the nomination while pointing back to the days when they "gave him a fair chance". None of those guys are voting for Rand Paul.

Dems say it to scare GOP voters. "OMG, that's who they WANT us to nominate!"
Holy Reverse Psychology, Batman...

Actually, Sharpton was praising him a couple of weeks ago for collaborating with Cory Booker.

Rand wins liberals over with his generally libertarian positions on social issues, his non-interventionist policies and his efforts to reign in an out of control criminal justice system.
The disagreements will surface when it comes to economic policy views, regulation generally and climate reg specifically.

And neither of then would vote for him
Republican vs Josef Stalin, who do they vote for? I often wonder

this, too
i think the fact that HRC is facing an uphill battle right now and the DEMs knowing that leaves them in a lurch
warren is the person who is going to get the nom, in my eyes. they've been creating the insidious arguments for the "war" on women far too strongly. the liberal media pushing rand is just their way to promote social issues while being able to claim a lack of a slant
it's "safe" to be pro-rand when he has no opponent yet

I don't see Damien Thorn voting for Paul.

He's toast. This is the political equivalent of peej picking your team to win.

Agree. Not to mention his opposition to drone strikes, warrantless spying, and crony capitalism. True liberals (as opposed to D hacks) like those positions. Ogump fellators are another story.

I agree with this. True liberals will do some soul searching in 2016 if Paul gets the nomination. On the other hand, his nomination would also cause some Republicans to do some soul searching, especially the neocons.

Warren isn't going to get the nomination in a jillion years. That's just lefty horse race sites desperately trying to gin up something other than a Hillary blowout.

HRC has major, MAJOR issues. having CNN in her pocket won't be enough
and i can't see the DEMs wasting all the resources they've used to push this bullshite "war" on women to not nominate a woman
