What's the scoop on Catering Cajun/ City Cafe

My parents have lived by this place forever and they've got an impressive fleet of trucks out there now. I'm pretty sure it's a Wayne Stabiler company which I always thought was decent as a restaurant back in the City Cafe days. Is anyone familiar with the catering they do?

It's Stabiler Bourg. They made it big catering for FEMA during Katrina and Gustav.

I've seen it, there a guy near lafayette that does the same type deal. He was serving 9k meals a day out of his rig during the oil spill

They've got 20 trucks in the parking lot.
