The Keg was as popular as ever before it got shut down, the other bars on McKinley are all closed or went dark.

I rode my bicycle down the strip the other evening. It has to be one of the most shithole areas in Lafayette.

I need to get out more.

I spent many a night at the Keg, but I thought that the appeal and what made the Keg great was 18-20 year olds getting wasted beyond belief.

Hard to believe that it will have much success at 21+.

I always liked it because it was easy to move around and talk to a shite ton of people, the downtown bars generally were/are slammed and it's hard to move around.

same here, literally, I've seen the sun come up on the strip a few times, but that was when everyone sort of laughed off drinking laws, if there were any at all
