I believe with Chavis, Cameron, Wilson and now Grimes, along with Miles, we have the right formula in college football to win championships. The frustrating part I believe is, if we had this combination the last 10 years, we would have won at least one more NC. I think it took all this time for Miles to realize the best coaches are not necessary favorite friends. You have to look at this as a business.

Yep.

They're all good at developing players, but we still don't know if they can stay consistent. We'll have to hope for the best. So far we've seen a monumental change from Cameron and hopefully we can see it from Grimes and Peveto.

Coach Miles and Cam are best friends though. I don't get your point.

You do realize Miles and Cameron are like best friends right?

A lot of coaches, on all levels, make the same mistake. It usually comes back to bit them.

If the best coach turns out to be a good friend then all that much better. But if the best friend coach turns out to be a bummer, then you have to let him go ASAP before too much damage. Business comes before friendship.
