Anyone else having issues with Charter being extremely slow lately?

yes. i am not able to sign into playstation network and hbo go and netflix are running slow as shite.

A @Charter support rep tells me that, due to a cut fiber, Internet service is down or very slow for all of Alabama.

my only choices here are charter and century link, so i'm screwed no matter what.

Well, you might be able to watch a movie. My speed just went from .5 mbps to 5 mbps woo-hoo!(sarcasm)
