Also, I think Archie Manning will move heaven and earth to ensure Eli is a 1st ballot HOF

Urlacher is the only one on your list who I would confidently say deserves to be in.

Haley may get in because he's the only player in history with Five Super Bowl rings, that's obviously a team thing so its more "noteworthy" induction than "he was legitimately that good" induction.

The others are all Hall of Very Good, IMO.

EDIT: The above is just players. Jimmy and Dungy will be in.

He better not be. They'll let him in but was there ever a point in his career when he was considered a top 5 QB? There's been legit arguments whether he's top 10 for most of it.

I think Eli is borderline right now. What stands out is Super Bowl wins but you wouldn't put him in the same category as someone like Marino despite the latters lack of rings.

I think Rothlisberger is the best from that draft class but the hall of fame is a popularity contest. Everything Eli has done post draft day drama has been media appealing

Isaac Bruce was 2nd behind Jerry Rice in receiving yardage when he retired. He gets in.

Julius Peppers

close in my opinion.

8 Pro Bowls, 3 All-Pro selections.

17th on all-time in QB sacks and still active.

Jared Allen

12th all-time in QB sacks and still active (age 32)

5 pro bowls, 4 All-pro selections

Jason Taylor

6th all time in QB sacks

6 pro bowls, 3 All-pro selections
