I like where we are.
On a similar note, I found a couple threads last night that I started back in 2012, before and after the high school season. Basically looking at pre-season starting line ups for sophomores that were returning starters at big time football schools and then looking for freshmen and sophomores on all district teams. I'll link them later, but this board mentioned a lot of 16's that are pretty prominent recruits now.

Haven't heard much from him or LSU's camp. I liked where we were two months ago, but not sure now.

I don't remember him camping last weekend, so ... that tells me there isn't much interest from one side or both sides.

Not to worried if we miss this guy, think he would be moved to FB if he comes here. Which will be better than if he goes to Bama where they probably won't use him and they are pretty stacked at TE, and they're a lot bigger than him lol not that I believe size is everything

He's a bit small. Would be great for that H-Back role we may start using. Could play FB/H-B/TE and could be killer on ST. I think he ends up at OM/Miami

Type of kid that every team needs a bunch of to "complete" it. Versatile too.

I'm just speculating. Unless cam wants to use more spread H-Back sets I don't necessarily see his use in our offense. All of my homies at BBHS rave about how he's an animal so we'll see.

ETA: hopefully most of the conversation with OM, if what I said is true, happened before the LSU offer. And that LSU coming in late was actually a plus and negates any of that. Fandom/Dream offer over Utilization Selling Points.
