Anyone that use this have trouble with deposits? It wouldn't take my last 2 checks because the photos weren't clear enough. Not sure whether it's a phone problem (LG Optimus G) or just an app malfunction.

One trick I learned is always put them on a dark surface and if that does not work, put an ink dot in the white space of each corner.

What type of phone do you have?
The quality of the photos it takes is shite no matter what. But I suspect it's the phone because I never had this trouble when I had an Evo.

I had that issue with my iphone when I first started using it but it got way better after a few months. Maybe they fixed a bug or something. It appears to be your phone. SG is right though. You need to put them on a dark surface.

Made two deposits today and both were accepted but I did have to rephoto one because it wouldn't read it the first time.
