How would you rank these three in terms of the quality of product they put out? Also please feel free to add any modern animation guys I left off.

I'll hang up and listen.

ETA: Adding Parker and Stone, an egregious error on my part.

Umm you left off Trey Parker and Matt Stone.

To rank them:

1. Parker/Stone
2. Groening
3. Judge
4. McFarland

Groening is the GOAT. I really don't think there can be any doubt about that.

MacFarlane

(didn't really watch Beavis and Butthead or King of the Hill so I can't include Judge)

Also, is it the cool thing to do on the MTV board to trash MacFarlane? Like no one watched Family Guy and American Dad.

4. I was never a big fan of Bevis and Butthead and Ugly Americans and King of the Hill always seemed about average to me.
3. McFarland: his poor efforts on Family Guy have held him back as of late, but American Dad is genius.
2. Matt Groening has had long sustained success with periods of greatness longer than most entertainers careers. Futurama is a treasure and the first dozen or so Simpson's seasons were great. The Simpson's has fallen off a good bit in recent years, but just look at the huge body of work he has to show for his career. Just WOW!
1. Parker and Stone. Who is more creative? Who is better at reducto ad absurdum? Who is better at poking fun at anyone and everyone? Brian Boitano, but that's not really important right now. South Park has had many many misses, but it's hits are some of the greatest satire and comedy ever to grace the small screen. Even when South Park misses, it still sometimes manages to be awesome.

Groening has got to go on top just for the first 9 or so seasons of The Simpsons, even though the show has fallen waaaaaaaaaaaaaay off.

Judge is a solid second. He has a more diverse resume -- Beavis & Butt-head, Office Space, King of the Hill, Idiocracy and Silicon Valley.

Parker/Stone are third.

McFarlane is a distant fourth. The first few seasons of Family Guy were fine, along with Ted.

fricking American Dad vs. Office Space and Idiocracy. That's not even a debate. McFarlane is far behind.

What does Ugly Americans have to do with the other two?

Forgot Dan Harmon and Justin Roiland, I'd put them at #4 even with only 11 episodes of Rick and Morty.
