EPL to use vanishing spray this season

I love it, nothing takes more time and is fricking drawn out, than free kicks in the EPL.
No more bullshite, spray the spot and the line and kick the ball. No more 5 minutes crying, dicking around, and mulling over who kicks it.
Simple deal that i like, the Mexico league got it right with this shite.

I read a tweet that it was tested on Southampton's first team and it worked great.

It worked fine during the World Cup, so I don't expect this to be a big deal. What reasons are there not to use it?
