Draft strategy for QB flex league

Just added another league with some settings I've never played with before. They allow any offensive player in the flex. I am assuming QB is the play here for a majority of people. Don't know the draft order yet.
Any recommendations on draft strategy here? What are some of the draft trends? How soon will the first 10-15 QBs be gone? Any advantage to loading up on WR/RB studs early while the QBs fly off the board? TIA.
10 team league. 0.5 PPR. 4 pt passing TDs. Start: QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, TE, Flex, K, DST.
