Best Caribbean vacation spot for 10yr anniversary

I've never been anywhere in the Caribbean. Looking for gorgeous beaches, great food, fun activities(zip lining, snorkeling,
Sailing excursions), etc. Belize? Bahamas? Turks? BVI? USVI? Would like all inclusive, but open to better options.

Belize doesn't have the greatest beaches and is pretty undeveloped still. The offshore reef also allows for sea grass which can freak some people out with regards to swimming right off the beach.
I'm not a fan of all inclusives, but you may want to look at Playa del Carmen. Go with tripadvisor to give you some feedback on food and rooms.
I generally prefer quieter, out of the way places that are much smaller than a typical all inclusive. BVI's, USVI's, and Bahamas are pretty good in that regard.

Playa, for a first time Caribbean visit would be fine.
Nice resorts. Ferry to Cozumel right there. Tulim down south. Cancun to the north.
Snorkeling. Eco tourism. Golf. Restaurants. You'll be fine.

Go to the Pacific side of Costa Rica and thank me later.

Caribbean >> Hawaii
Hawaii is too expensive. Beaches are worse.
Choose an island based on resort.

Go to St. Kitts. You will thank me later... It is not "touristy" and the locals are awesome. Food was fantastic and beaches are amazing with stellar views of mountains as well. Take a catamaran to neighboring Nevis and enjoy two islands for the price of one

The Body Holiday is pretty cool on the north side of St Lucia. All inclusive w great food. Caters to a European crowd so it's a little older and not many honeymooners rolling around. Includes a daily spa treatment of your choice, too. Also has activities rolling all day from snorkeling on property to scuba diving to golf and down the line. All included. Food was probably the best thing, too.
They have a website that gives you a good view of it all. You can also take a helicopter from airport to about 10 miles from the resort, so for 300 (as opposed to more than 100 for a taxi ride) you can see the whole island from above and avoid a two hour car ride at leafs one way.

St. John is the nicest in the Caribbean. I would recommend a villa on the northshore or if you want a resort, Caneel Bay is phenomenal.

Did Punta Cana for the honeymoon and it was awesome

I'd go somewhere East.

My family is from T&T & you would be good to spend most of your time in Tobago and enjoy the beaches there.
Malaysian have you been there more than once?

I'll address a few of the spots I've been to that might interest you.
St John
Beautiful island. Expensive. Easy to do day trips to BVI (Jost, Tortola, Virgin Gorda, Anegada, etc). Easy to get to via St Thomas. You have to drive to the beaches and resorts are limited although Caneel Bay is wonderful.
Providenciales, TCI
Most beautiful beaches and water I've ever seen. Grace Bay beach goes on and on. Great restaurants. Expensive. Day trips to North Caicos and Middle Caicos via ferry/helicopter. Absolutely nothing to do inland unless you like visiting salt ponds and taking pictures of flamingos. Plenty of water activities.
Roatan, Honduras
West Bay Beach is the place to stay. Best beach on the island and a couple of dozen restaurants with a 10 minute walk. Outstanding water activities including some of the best diving in the Caribbean. Inexpensive. 2200 sq ft, 3 bedroom condo on the beach for $3000 a week. $18 lobster dinners and 2 for $5 drinks except for the two days cruise ships are in port. Zip lining and other activities inland.

St. Barths. I'd rate it over every other place I've been (Turks, USVI, Bahamas, etc.)
It is not touristy and there are no tacky tourist traps. It has some of the best food in the Carribean and there are some incredible beaches. There are times where you feel like you are in Europe instead of the Caribbean.
Many other islands have an "element" where you might feel a little unsafe if you take a wrong turn but that isn't the case at St. Barth.
