So is this game the zombie equivalent of Saints Row? I love SR and from the trailer on Steam it looks like it is. I'm interested but I'm afraid it will not have key mapping andI will have to pass.

to a certain extent, I guess that comparison may work.

this game isn't as zany as some of the previous dead rising titles or recent entries in the saints row series. the goofiness is displayed primarily through some of the weird costumes you can come across. with regard to plot, it is like a bad B movie with lots of zombie slaying.

plenty of odd weapon and vehicle combinations that can hold your interest for a while.

I barely play anymore so don't look for longevity, but its good while it lasts.

How much play time would you say you got before you lost interest?

several playthroughs.

after that, I would periodically log on to check out the new dlc packages as they dropped. they were all very disappointing, I'm afraid.

if the pc version doesn't include them outright, don't pay extra for them.

A lot of games releases only have 8-12 hours of play time so I think I may give this a try if it's at least that.

the game will include all four of the “Untold Stories of Los Perdidos” downloadable add-on packs previously released on the Xbox One, at no additional charge. Never fear! If you already pre-ordered the game, you are already entitled to the add-on content. Surprise!

The most recent arcade-style one is pretty good

It was definitely a good game where I had no problem doing several play throughs. The DLC is disappointing. For example, one of your missions is to destroy emergency call boxes where your character even says "who care no one is picking up on the other end anyways." So why am I doing this? Realize that this is a major part of your DLC.

Dev responded to my thread on Steam

Yes. Per our official Twitch stream, keys are fully rebindable.

In fact, you can assign up to two keys (or a mouse button) per function.

I only gave it 15 min or so on the demo, but it wasn't enough to make me want to purchase it. I'd imagine it's infintely better coop with friends.

Edit: NM. I was thinking DR2. No XBONE so I haven't played 3

It's 10% off on steam and I have $4.11 from selling cards so I can get this for $40.

Corndog and I redefined the term cooperation in this game. I dressed up in riot police gear and beat him with an electric massager
